We rented an RV site for 3 nights. The campground is nice and well maintained. The campground had a couple of trails in behind the tent sites. The hike was quite challenging. It was not long but very steep. Folding Mountain Brewery is within walking distance of the campground. Highly recommend checking the brewery out.

Nice spot just near Jasper gates hence the name. Has nearby trails, a restaurant/brewery next door, fire pits and BBQs etc. The rooms are cute and cozy albeit a bit slanted in the case of our room, and the shower water was at best Luke warm. Small issues comparative to the quality of our stay. Awesome/ friendly staff.

Friendly staff , cabins and campground area is VERY clean and well maintained . Walking trails on site and community fire pits as well for the cabins - they also let us bring our own wood fire pit. We stayed in a cabin for two nights and it was cozy and warm - big comfy king bed and satellite . Would stay here again!

We were so impressed that we decided to stay another night! The walking trails on-site are beautiful, and the staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful. The kitchenette in our room was spotless and well-stocked. It’s a perfect spot for families and conveniently close to both Jasper and Hinton. Definitely an easy 5 stars!

We stayed here for 2 nights very last minute. The staff were brilliant and managed to find a spot for us. We had full hook-up and were even able to sani-drain at our site, which was really convenient. I’ve seen other reviews saying the spots are too close together, but we can’t say we agree, if you can handle your vehicle well, you shouldn’t have any problem. There’s a little shop on site if you need anything, and Hinton town is only 15 minutes away with a Walmart, Dollarama, and loads of food options. We also had food at the brewery next door last night, which was really good and definitely worth visiting. Overall, a great experience, if we ever find ourselves back in the area, we’d definitely stay again.

We stay in the motel section of the resort for two nights. The main reason we stay here were so the family can be together. The rest of the family rented two campsites. The room was clean and as advertised. The location was a little over 45 minutes from jasper but on the plus side there was a restaurant call Folding Mountain which was just next door, easy walking distance from our room. The campsite looked nice and there was a great playground for our grandkids. Definitely would stay here again.

I cannot comment on the cabins as we were camping. They did however look well looked after and inviting. There is a motel here as well. My husband and I were very happy with our stay. (We ended up staying an extra night) Check in was easy we had a previously reserved site in the back of the grounds. When we stayed fire wood was free as they are doing some clearing out back for walking trails. They are as well doing some renovations up front. It is a quiet, clean and well looked after resort with easy access to Hinton for any needed supplies and a short beautiful to Jasper. We will be back!

We come most years for August long. Facilities are great, got decent showers and bathroom are always clean. Small play areas to help keep the kids entertained. They also love the trails around the perimeter of the site. Excellent value for money too. See you next year
